Carshalton Jazz Presents O’higgins & Luft Quartet

Following their hugely successful concert in March, we welcome back Dave O’Higgins and Rob Luft, this coming Wednesday, 11th October at CryerArts, to present music from their 2020 album “O’Higgins and Luft play Monk and Trane” as well as their latest compositions.
Renowned Saxophonist, Band Leader, Composer and Educator, Dave has played with the world’s finest musicians.

Rob Luft, BBC’s New Generation Jazz Artist of the Year 2019 is an award-winning virtuoso guitarist who has been compared to John Mcloughlan, and Paco de’ Lucia.
Winner of the Kenny Wheeler prize from the Royal Academy and second prize at the Montreux Jazz Guitar competition in 2016, Luft has impressed jazz audiences, and the jazz media around the world.
