For over 30 years the Good Shepherd church family and the local community have come together on the first Saturday in December for a charity fundraiser.
The Christmas fair will have a delightful array of stalls offering bric-a-brac, toys, gifts and books. Indoor and outdoor food, silly games, Christmas story space, and of course Santa. Not forgetting the popular Auction of Promises, as well as old favourites like Santa’s Grotto.
All our welcome to this years Good Shepherd Christmas fair in aid of our five charities. Do come along and enjoy a mulled wine, or your first christmas food for 2022, there is also the restaurant, cake stall and a myriad of other stalls. All are welcome and help us raise funds for our charities.
The Diamond Riding Centre – enabling children with complex needs discover the beauty of horseriding and the freedom it can bring. Sutton Community Works – which includes Sutton Foodbank and Sutton Foodshop Sutton Schools Work – a local project encouraging our local schools and communicating a faith message Home Start – a national charity working locally with family and children. Cry in the Dark – a project serving the lives of 22 children who were found in the early 2000s abandoned and alone. These children have survived into adult life and the project has become their family. The project also has a hospice and a ministry to the children in the Roma Village.
