Our approach to boiler servicing is preventative. We look for developing problems, assess the condition and operation of the appliance and explain any maintenance or repairs that may be needed.

For boiler breakdowns, we aim to establish the underlying cause rather than simply replace parts based on a fault code. Common replacement parts are carried on the van to help resolve suitable faults on the first visit.

Boiler servicing starts from £95 + VAT, as does our standard diagnostic visit. Straightforward faults can sometimes be resolved during the initial visit without an additional repair charge. Where further work or replacement parts are required, costs are explained and agreed before proceeding.
