About the Role
An established, multi-service law firm is seeking an all-round Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to develop their career within a supportive and expanding family law department.
Areas of Experience
The successful candidate will have experience in a range of family and childcare matters, including:
- Care proceedings
- Private law children matters
- Domestic abuse, non-molestation and occupation orders
- Divorce and financial matters
- Unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
- General family law matters
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally 3+ years’ PQE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence and willingness to undertake own advocacy.
- Understanding of legal aid and experience handling privately funded matters.
- Ability to generate work and develop new business.
- Willingness to work towards relevant panel accreditation.
- Strong networking, communication and client care skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines.
