We are happy to announce the details of this year’s Charity Car Show!
Sunday 30th August from 12pm – everyone is welcome & all sport at the club will be open to try for free.

This year we are proud to be raising money for two incredible charities: The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and Alzheimer’s Society.

We aim to make this event South London’s & Surrey’s best EcoFair 🙂 this year we have 3 solar powered stages with live music, 100+ stalls, delicious vegetarian and vegan hot and cold food, real ale bar, children’s activties, demonstrations, eco-projects, artisan craft and much much more, including a free electric bus service to the event.  Whatever your age or interest, we hope there will be plenty to capture your imagination and make you smile at this year’s EcoFair. With so much to see, hear, do, learn about and taste, this is the ideal day out for all the family.

A procession through the hostelries of Carshalton ending up back at The Hope around 5pm.

The Straw Jack is a harvest celebration held in September at Carshalton in Surrey. Jack is a male figure made from the last straw in the harvest.

What makes this festival so special is the incredible generosity of everyone involved. Our musicians donate their time, while The Sun & our amazing local suppliers donate the food, beer & mojitos, helping us raise vital funds & awareness for @uksepsistrust.

Throughout September we’ll be hosting a series of charity events in Andy’s memory, all leading up to our biggest fundraising weekend yet. The main stage will feature an incredible line-up of bands on Saturday 12th Sept, followed by a relaxed afternoon of acoustic live music on Sunday 13th Sept, marking World Sepsis Day.
