45 minutes of gentle, effective Pilates designed to rebuild strength after birth.

Focus on core and pelvic floor connection, posture, and easing aches from feeding or lifting.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 12 weeks (C-section) with GP/midwife clearance.

Babies enjoy sensory exploration alongside you.

Toddlers and children are welcome to join — we will have games and music so the children keep engaged.

For Toddlers & Older Siblings
A dedicated play area with crafts, dressing up, reading, and mindful movement games.

Fully qualified DBS staff, experienced in SEND, mindfulness, and safeguarding.

Older siblings can join in with Pilates-inspired games, colouring, and creative activities.
