Built: “late 1970s”, “1982/83 when whole area developed”, “mid-80s”, “after the storms of 1987…”

Windows: “the gaps were added after the storm damage of 1987 – to help displace the wind”, “security spyholes added for surveillance. Grove Park gates were locked after dark at that time (late 70s)”

What was there before: “an old wall in disrepair”
