Join SADC for their 320th production- The Night of the Iguana by Tennessee Williams, directed by Dick Bower.
The play paints an intense picture of loneliness, humanity and sexual desire as we meet the Reverend Shannon, a priest-turned-tour-guide at a ramshackle hotel in Mexico, run by the recently widowed Maxine Faulk, who distracts herself with local youthful male conquests, and a Nantucket spinster, Hannah Jelkes, who arrives with her grandfather on their travels. This trio are joined by a medley of characters as we explore their triangle of madness.
